Owner and Executive Chairman Rich Rector became a licensed agent in 1974 and originally began his career in real estate in 1975 as an Executive (real estate agent) with REALTY EXECUTIVES Phoenix. He was then named President and Designated Broker of REALTY EXECUTIVES Phoenix in 1980, and later purchased Realty Executives International, Inc. in 1986 from his father, Dale Rector, who both invented the 100-percent commission concept and founded the original Realty Executives franchise in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1965.

Rich is a member of the World President's Organization, on the Board of Directors for the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, and is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service and the National Association of REALTORS®. In addition to his 35-year career in real estate, Rich is also heavily involved in many local and national non-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Realty Executives' Homes for the Heart, a charitable program Rich founded.

President and Designated Broker Dominic Scappaticci has over three decades of professional experience in residential real estate in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Coming full circle, Dominic started his career with REALTY EXECUTIVES Phoenix when he received his real estate license in 1975. Dominic selected to return as President and Designated Broker because of the success and strength of the Realty Executives brand, financial soundness of the organization and shared value proposition of advocacy to enable and support productive real estate professionals. His successful career has spanned such roles as the CEO and Designated Broker of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, President and Designated Broker of The Equitable Real Estate Company, as well as the Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Pinnacle Peak Realty. Dominic is known for his hands-on work ethic and advocacy of real estate professionals.

Sandy has been with REALTY EXECUTIVES since 1990, in the Corporate Office since 1996 and serves on the Grievance Committee @ The Arizona Association of REALTORS®. She also served on the AAR 2005 Contract Review Committee to design the new contract, authored numerous real estate articles for the internal “Lukewarm Line”, agent support, standard of care, contractual language, public calls, represents firm in mediations and is responsible for the Department of Real Estate compliance for transaction files and is the Managing Broker for all REALTY EXECUTIVES in Phoenix.

Gerry became licensed with REALTY EXECUTIVES in 1991 after owning and managing his own Real Estate firm, licensed Arizona REALTOR® since 1986. Gerry joined the Brokers staff in 2005 as the Supervising Broker for all Realty Executives in Phoenix, Tucson and Yuma. He answers numerous questions from the Executives and the public. Gerry is a certified Real Estate instructor and has taught many classes sharing his knowledge and never-ending enthusiasm. His past accomplishments include “Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate in North America” 1996, 1995, 1994. National Relocation and Real Estate “Top Pro” 1995, Lifetime member of the Phoenix Board of REALTORS prestigious President’s Round-table Award, Realty Executives Hall of Fame, Member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Member of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and Employee of the Year 2009 for REALTY EXECUTIVES.

Beverly Dail is the Branch Manager of REALTY EXECUTIVES Phoenix, a real estate brokerage founded in 1965 which has had the largest market share in the Valley since 1972 and currently more than 1,300 sales associates. Beverly has worked with REALTY EXECUTIVES Phoenix's President and Designated Broker Dominic Scappaticci for over 17 years in both sales and management. Beverly is well versed in the real estate market throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Beverly is best known for her dedicated care and support to sales associates. She instills a culture of camaraderie and integrity and is a true advocate for the productive real estate professional.

Rhonda Peters' career in real estate includes project/contract sales and marketing administration, accounting and operations management. As the Executive Assistant to REALTY EXECUTIVES Phoenix's President and Designated Broker Dominic Scappaticci, Rhonda oversees the office of the brokerage, assisting the broker, managers and sales associates in their day-to-day operations.

Rhonda has worked with Scappaticci for more than 17 years at brokerages which include Russ Lyon Sotheby's International, The Equitable Real Estate Company and Coldwell Banker Residential. She has a positive and welcoming disposition and is focused on finding tools and programs to best serve sales associates and their customers.
