Rector began his career in real estate in 1975 as
an agent with REALTY EXECUTIVES of Phoenix. He earned his broker’s
license in 1978.His distinguished 30-year career
in the real estate industry includes involvement
with the Young President’s Organization, Arizona
Regional Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors
and former Director of the 1999 National Association
of Realtors. In 2000, Rector was appointed to the
board of directors for Valley Commerce Bank. Rector
has become involved in many community organizations
as well, including a position as a member of the
advisory board for the Liberty Wildlife Foundation.
He is also an active supporter of Habitat for Humanity
and started the Homes from the Heart program. This
franchise-wide program raises money for the benefit
of Habitat for Humanity through the efforts of the
franchisees and agents worldwide. |

“Lukewarm Line”, agent support, standard
of care, contractual language, public calls, represents
firm in mediations and is responsible for the
Department of Real Estate compliance for transaction
files and is the Managing Broker for all REALTY EXECUTIVES in Phoenix.
