Phoenix, Ariz., October 30, 2008 — Realty Executives Phoenix announced today that it has maintained its Arizona real estate leadership position throughout 2008 in key areas: number of transactions and dollar volume. This ranking is based on information pulled from IMS Incorporated for the period 1/01/08 through 10/1/08, increasing unit sales by 51% in September up from the previous year.
Based on the ARMLS information, Realty Executives Phoenix had 6,678 total residential transactions in Q1 through Q 3 and a total dollar volume of $2,102,746,493. The nearest competitor sold 56% of Realty Executives total units year to date for 2008.
