Phoenix, AZ, April 15, 2008 — REALTY EXECUTIVES of Phoenix recently honored over 300 of its REALTORS® who have been with the company for more than 15 years—35 of which were new additions to the group in 2008. In an industry not well known for retention, more than 20% of Realty Executives agents are “Hall of Famers.”
During an annual “Hall of Fame” celebration at his home, Chairman Rich Rector proudly said, “I know of no other real estate company that has so many experienced agents in its ranks. These are the true professionals who have weathered many different real estate conditions over the years and can effectively guide buyers and sellers through today’s market.” Other attendees included June Rector, co-founder of the company; John Foltz, President; and Robyn Lee, co-owner.
Surprisingly, nearly 150 of Realty Executives’ 1,546 agents have more than 20 years of continuous service with the Company, and 15 of those individuals have been with the brokerage for more than three decades.
