Northwest Valley office building sold for $29.25M

The northwest Phoenix structure, located at 2155 W. Pinnacle Peak Road, was built in 2001. Chubb Insurance is the building's major anchor tenant.
Openheim Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft MBH purchased the building. The company is a New York-based adviser for a fund based in Germany. The building was sold by G&I IV Corridors LLC, also based in New York.
Chris Toci, Brian Ackerman, Ted Harrison, Mike Beall and Tim Whittemore of Cushman & Wakefield handled the transaction.
